MIX PCR
To calculate the components of a PCR reaction solution (Release 2024_12)
MIX PCR: This application helps you create a PCR reaction solution by entering the concentrations of the stock (where the compounds are taken from)
and the concentrations and/or volumes of the individual components. You can also calculate the volumes needed for multiple samples.
Additionally, a template conversion chart is provided that helps you understand its concentration based on size and concentration (in moles or weight)

It is necessary to set the final and template sample volumes and the stock concentrations.
Final Volume : µl
Template Volume µl
